We want you to love your Durumi purchases! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your online or in-store purchase, you have up to 14 days to return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be at original price, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
  • Unfortunately, earrings, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, reach out to us immediately. We're here to make things right! 

 

Exchanges:
To expedite the process, return the item you have and place a separate order for the new one.

 

Refunds:
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
